  1. How do student support staff at postsecondary institutions define and interpret their roles in supporting neurodivergent students?
     
    • Sub-focus: How are these roles influenced by institutional policies, training, and culture?
       

  1. What practices do student support staff identify as most effective in promoting inclusion and success for neurodivergent students?
     
    • Sub-focus: How are these practices implemented, evaluated, and adapted over time?
       

  1. What institutional conditions (e.g., resources, leadership, policy structures) do staff perceive as enabling or constraining their ability to provide effective support
