Welcome, and thank you for visiting my doctoral research website.
This space documents my ongoing dissertation work focused on identifying and amplifying best practices in postsecondary support for neurodivergent students. As both an educator and a parent of a neurodivergent child, I bring a personal and professional lens to this projectβone rooted in equity, access, and the belief that all students deserve to thrive.
Through a qualitative case study approach, I explore how student support staff across higher education institutions define, deliver, and assess inclusive services. My goal is to surface replicable, scalable practices that foster authentic belonging, reduce barriers, and create pathways to success for all learners.
Please explore the sections of this site to learn more about the purpose, context, and anticipated impact of my research. I welcome collaboration and conversation, and I am grateful for your interest in this important work.
